These cookies are a product of multiple hours in the kitchen, trying and testing until my recipe was juuust right. These cookies are a product of multiple cookie classes, hours on hours of studying YouTube videos, Instagram stories, and reading blogs of other cookiers. These cookies are a product of multiple batches of cookies with icing running down the edges, lumpy and bumpy icing, and other decorating fails until I finally got that elusive perfect icing consistency.

I'm no expert, but I have spent the last two years practicing, learning, growing, and never giving up.
